Mr. Moloy Bakshi began his journey as an architect in the year 1990 after graduating from L.S. Raheja. College Of Architecture. He achieved great success and executed various projects which includes malls, I.T. parks, residential as well as commercial complexes. Thane was witnessing a construction boom around that time and huge commercial complexes were coming up across Godhbundar road. Being a visionary, Mr. Moloy Bakshi saw an opportunity in this and decided to introduce a much-needed concept. He let his own passion for leisure activities and sports be the guide.
